COMMERCIAL POLICY

1. Purpose

This commercial policy specifies the pricing conditions and service terms applicable to ONYX Signature premium mobility services, a brand of ONYX Mobility CM.

2. Pricing Principle

Tous les tarifs sont indiqués « à partir de ». Le montant peut varier selon la catégorie de véhicule, la durée, la destination et les demandes particulières. Le tarif définitif est communiqué avant confirmation de la prestation.

• Rates are expressed in CFA francs (FCFA).
• Any request sent from the site is a booking request: it is not automatically confirmed.
• The applicable rate is communicated and validated with you before confirmation of the service.

4. Services outside Yaoundé

Pour les déplacements hors Yaoundé, les frais de carburant et de péage sont à la charge du client.

5. Chauffeur-driven Disposal and Hourly Billing

Any extra hour started beyond the agreed programme is invoiced according to the extra hour rate indicated above.

6. Waiting Time

15 minutes d'attente offertes. Au-delà : 1 000 FCFA per 15-min periodutes entamée.

7. Confirmation Terms

• You submit your request (form, telephone or WhatsApp).
• Our team checks the availability of the vehicle and chauffeur.
• The final rate and terms are communicated to you.
• The service is confirmed after your validation.

8. Modification of a Service

Any modification (date, time, itinerary, vehicle category, number of passengers) must be communicated to us as soon as possible. It is subject to availability and may lead to a price adjustment, communicated before validation.
